2013 is being a great year for me as I’m seen loads happening around me. And what if you suddenly get tired of your own playlist? New music is always good, till you listen to it over and over again and our musician friends come up with new album releases. Here, some of the fav records of the year.

PHOENIX _ BANKRUPT

The first time you hear the album you say it is one more teenage kicks summer stuff, you put on repeat and realize that is quite a great stuff. It is not that high it is quite a dark mood speaking to yourself while you cry. I would go for 369 : S.O.S  Beal Air, Drakkar Noir and Bourgeois, high lights of the album Bankrupt signed by Phoenix.

FLAMING LIPS _ THE TERROR

Experimental on right measure, that kind of weird music pleasant. New wave with slashes of acid rock, not boring at all a warm up on high techno a mix match on floating voices. Is it a rock band or eletro set? Both, instruments making guest appearance on backstage. This is Flaming Lips with the new album The Terror.

NEW ORDER _ LOST SIRENS

Who told you old boys could not make masterpieces. It is so strange how Ian Curtis and Joy Division be kept alive on New Order’s work and it is so English. The perfect Sunday cup of tea and more, for a remarkable time. Lyrics, oh the lyrics telling the truth of your own thinking like a de ja vú and accords beating on low synths.

DAVID BOWIE _ THE NEXT DAY

Bowie has gone easy listening, it seems unconnected. The Next Day is not his best album, but he has gone hard. When you think about David Bowie is like he can do everything and everything is possible, it is a kind of magic. It is my pleasure launch all those records altogether, I’m just doing my job okay.

YEAH YEAH YEAHS _ MOSQUITO

Well, girls on stage! And it swings. From histeric to relaxing a good point when having a guest appearance of backing vocals and second voice, it is quite a mix match from babe born songs and bits of terror drama, which sounds a tale. The rituals are also present coming along with the band.  This is Yeah Yeah Yeahs new record Mosquito.

BLACK REBEL MOTORCYCLE _ SPECTER AT THE FEAST

That was from my time, I remember the 1st album launch and thanks the band is here doing a great music. It is mainly low in the mood for some kind of adventure it definitely suits long nights inside a bar and when on the road marks a cool cool time. It is pure rock no more no less round. Black Rebel Motorcycle with the album launch Specter At The feast.

IGGY POP & THE STOOGES _ READY TO DIE

Still rocking as the night falls. Nothing to say, this is Iggy Pop and people certainly round. What happened to those guys, they got sick of all this and decided to stand and make a revolution? It is pretty cool launch all those releases, I wasn’t here before on this post but I might tell it is a great feeling. Best song when shows off the band face with Unfriendly World, to twist together.
