I’m having strangely a very health lifestyle and that includes periodical joggings and toning exercises only. I know, nowadays yoga and pilates are so trend but for me that fancy some action is slightly quiet, I prefer motion wise otherwise I would go for meditation itself in which is part of my routine as well, but that for me is more body and mind, respiration, spiritual practice. Yet, I’m wondering if I could stand up for myself in some other sport, not really an athlete but more like a hobby for a well-being. I’m not with much time left to make it but who knows on the near future. I’m also having orthopedic problems and that is why, it all must be light but also make part of my life to do not turn into a too old sort of person. I’m looking forward for my old ages, kind of prepping myself and I want to get there really, young. Definitely.
