You see, this one I’ve discovered exchanging recipes with a friend. I told about the Tartare and got the Poached Egg back. I love eggs, I use them on my salt pastry but occasionally I have missed even omelets lately and my carrot soufflés. I do eat smoked salmon sandwiches with boiled eggs sometimes but the thing is : The Poached Eggs. It is just seems delicious ! I enjoyed the tip and the idea so I have put it on the menu to very soon. Someone told me is just 4 minutes on the heat, when we discover that time is everything to have things in shape, according with what we want. The time in the kitchen is very crucial as we can go for kitchen disasters one way or another. Waw ! I wanna my poached eggs and omelets and soufflés.
