SALADS

Getting in the season slowly. Last year I started to get focused in autumn – winter salads to keep fit as we normally don’t go for this option on this time of the year as it is served cold, and I found out great simple & easy recipes that I just adored to fill in. It is not very green because we will need that warming feeling so it is more like tastes that goes well, blends nicely with the bread and cheese, soup and meat. I’m still focused in salads, learning quite few new recipes but I will let you with those that I imagine can already help you with your menu.
